What has happened? I applied mini mini probably dirty times to y'alls website and every time I was rejected.

Every single time I was rejected when I got to work the next day. They have been a withdrawal from my account by Ashley Madison again.

The charges were $99, $77, $87, and $55 yet. I'm still not a member because I cannot log in.

I think I have accidentally blocked the two-factor authentication phone number that is sent to my text messages.

Like to see if VIP background check is real? I am told u have a service that if i send money to the phillipines then u will do a background check to verify i am safe to meet with and date.

It just keeps hanging up on me.cancelled subscription 2 months ago.they won't stop charging me.i just don't understand how they can keep charging me..

I just would like to reactivate my account and not wait 5 business days days.

Someone has made a fake account under my name without my consent pls take the profile down.below is the picture the person used.

This is a fraudulent company using bots to scam customers out of their hard earned money. Even worse, when you bring this point up to them, they deny all responsibility and the lies start rolling in. This company needs to be dismantled and shut down permanently!!!

The site is deceiving. They tell you you get so and with prime membership, but they don't tell you that. It requires more money to even talk.

For some reason after my account was approved, I havent been able to log into my account! Ive tried verifying my license and my passport and neither have worked.

I was in the middle of conversing with several people and now Ive lost these contacts because of this.

Please help me as soon as possible so I can reassure these contacts that I never lost interest in them. Thank you

I've tried to cancel my subscription by following the company's instructions. But the instructions are incorrect because it does not lead to a cancel subscription selection as promised.

I can find no options on their site for canceling my subscription. The Toll Free number fore customer service gives only an outgoing message instructing customers to refer to the website.

But my login information isn't working, so I can't log in to process my request. I'm completely stuck!

This site was completely full of fake profiles and scammers. The Ashley Madison Affair site is completely false and a scam as well.

Yes, here I have an issue trying to make a payment on Google Pay, but you cannot send me a link to make a subscription purchase, nor do you email me back with my concerns after multiple emails to Ashley Madison support. Nor can you email me when I can call Ashley Madison to find out a good time to call Ashley Madison for a subscription purchase. I already filed a complaint with the BBB once over similar issues I am having now with them.

I paid for renewal over 10 days ago and unable to use, even after repeatedly notifying AM. It seems that customer service is not interested is resolving or refunding.
