I've not heard from the *** company. I've emailed them four times.

They don't have customer service for the phone, ridiculous.

I've got better things to do than track them down. I thought the company had integrity, but apparently they don't have anything.

too much fraud. a lot of new members ask for numbers and delete accounts, and it has happened 3 times.

i hope this gets better. please cancel my account and notify me when done.

Im done with service it was ok alot of woman from other countries kinda turned me off I spent good money so I wasn't really happy

i was scammed and threatened on the site by individuals posting to be women that are interested. They are only interested in scamming you out of your money while you are having to spend money to find out that you are a victim.

I was totally shocked by this behavior. I believe the vetting process needs to be more thorough when it comes to creating accounts and i think things need to be monitored better to prevent these types of scams from happening.

When I try to communicate with women on a dating app, I get this message: you can't do this while hidden!

lured me on the site to the whatsapp messaging site and got me to do pics and video and then threatened to send the videos and pics to my family if i didn't do what they asked which was send $2000 dollars.There needs to be better security because there on your app and whatsapp trolling people and threatening them to use there info against them,

They could of answered phone and help me. That simply..!! You want a 100 symbols but you can't answer phone..

Dont order from this company. They take your money and dont help after. The website doesnt work and theres no customer service contact

There was a recording , then the phone hung up , my call was not answered. I'm trying to get my username name changed . I'm unable to log in

I bought 200 credits, mailed 8 from premier pkg, 9 credits for 1st email, then they are free = 72

Now I have 12 left

I got premier because I had other features such as winks, etc.

Beyond frustrated, I guess I will have to eat this 100.00 as a mistake for trusting that they were legitimate.

This app is supposed to be confidential, and what I experienced recently makes me angry for your app allowing these scams to happen. I recently met a person on the Ashley Madison app, and one thing led to another; they ended up trying to extort me of 1 thousand dollars, or they would release some explicit photos of me. Well, I haven't been confronted by anyone yet, but only now I live in worry of this, and I'm wanting to know what you could do about it!

Hire English speaking American citizens. Canada, you can go to *** Your hockey teams suck. You do as well.

It's very hard to get good results on this site and actually .eet up in person and it gets rather expensive after awhile unless you can find or get promotional offers and I don't use the site enough for the 34.99 reoccurring months feture it seems almost overtime I go to purchase there 59.00 and some change feture they add that feture and start charging me the 39.99 feture that reaccurs monthley and it's a pain each time to go into Google play and cancel
