I bought 200 credits, mailed 8 from premier pkg, 9 credits for 1st email, then they are free = 72

Now I have 12 left

I got premier because I had other features such as winks, etc.

There is no one to ask anything, only AI, and they don't know _ _ _ _!

Beyond frustrated, I guess I will have to eat this 100.00 as a mistake for trusting that they were legitimate.

I will rate them on every site I can.

This app is supposed to be confidential, and what I experienced recently makes me angry for your app allowing these scams to happen. I recently met a person on the Ashley Madison app, and one thing led to another; they ended up trying to extort me of 1 thousand dollars, or they would release some explicit photos of me. Well, I haven't been confronted by anyone yet, but only now I live in worry of this, and I'm wanting to know what you could do about it!

It's very hard to get good results on this site and actually .eet up in person and it gets rather expensive after awhile unless you can find or get promotional offers and I don't use the site enough for the 34.99 reoccurring months feture it seems almost overtime I go to purchase there 59.00 and some change feture they add that feture and start charging me the 39.99 feture that reaccurs monthley and it's a pain each time to go into Google play and cancel

I just found out I have been charged $32.99 every month since February 2024 from Ashley Madison. This is not a monthly service I ordered, and I want it to stop ASAP and to be given a refund.

I do not use Ashley Madison.

What more information do you need from me in order to stop this?

I have searched through my email and see no order from Ashley Madison.

I feel this company is a scam. You even the nerve to charge me for making a complaint.

That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard.

Purchase coins through their site 5 days ago and it has not been credited to my account. They don't respond to emails, and the call got disconnected.

I want to reactivate my account. The username is Iwantomeet2.

The app tells me that the username is taken! Yes, because it's me!!

You can not get anyone, you have to email to get someone and that takes 5 or more days. I would just like to get my issues resolved but can't

Well, since they took $99 from me $87 $77 $55. I need to give me a refund because I have not been able to not one time access their website not one time either refund me or give me access to your website one of the two.

They don’t answer the phone…….I called support and a recording said somebody would get back to me within 5 days.that was at least 4 weeks ago! I would like my money back but who do I talk to. This is the worst run dating app I ever seen !

I bought two sets of credits last night that were not credited to my account. Each one was for 500 credits, and I never received them.

For 72 hours, I have not been able to use a prepaid target gift card I purchased at target to buy credits. I keep getting a server error.

I also tried a Dick's gift card and that didn't work also.

I used target cards 2 other times ans no problems. I also seemed to be limited in what I can do on the site.

I am trying to update my profile. When I hit the Edit button, the profile shows up in a box, but I can't delete or change anything.

Is something keeping me from being able to update my profile?

AMM responded pretty quickly and told me how to resolve the problem on my end. I was very happy with their attention.
