Some suggested I start with a new account and Gmail, but it links back, and I just got a notice when I clicked on it that I was suspended. I don't really know why, but now you are blocking me from getting on the site again. Please advise. I enjoy your website, and once I get back on, I know not to deactivate...

I have had an Ashley Madison account...
- - Frequent scammers use fake profiles with details and shifting locations.

I have had an Ashley Madison account for over 15 years. Very little success.
Frequent scammers using various names but same age, height, weight and ethnicity is "Rather Not Say" and various cities within a 50mile are of my city.
I will receive either a "Flirt" or a "Wink" from this female and her location is nearby. A week or two later this same profile will list "Dallas" "Miami" "Phoenix" "Detroit" etc.
Obviously, this becomes a pattern.
Most often the female is Asian but not always.
I have reported several as being suspicious to AM. Many over the years. Because after I initiate contact with them, they are actually located offshore.
In the past week AM has DELETED ALL my flirts and winks and shows "NO CONTACTS YET" on BOTH of my 2 accounts.
Then I get daily notifications in my email account from AM saying that I have a "Wink" or a "Flirt".
When I go to the profile, it states "Profile Not Active".
All my prior messages and activity is gone.
I have not abused any privileges nor sent abusive messages.
In total I have accumulated credits in both accounts of 231 credits (about $100).
It is obvious that AM is playing some kind of game.
People should know this company is a little "shady".
Calling their "800" number only leads to "send an email to support". In other words > You have been scammed!

I need to have my account reactivated. I have sent multiple emails and nothing has been done.
It appears this service is handled outside the US (Cyprus?). It needs to be brought onshore to afford better response in a much timelier manner.

AM needs responsive customer support.
I successfully used the site for a year or more. Suddenly, I was blocked when I declined to upload government documents.
It has taken months to get any sort of effective response by a real person. I received a few generic emails, but nothing that was actually responsive to what I was asking.

I've not heard from the *** company. I've emailed them four times.
They don't have customer service for the phone, ridiculous.

i was scammed and threatened on the site by individuals posting to be women that are interested. They are only interested in scamming you out of your money while you are having to spend money to find out that you are a victim.
I was totally shocked by this behavior. I believe the vetting process needs to be more thorough when it comes to creating accounts and i think things need to be monitored better to prevent these types of scams from happening.
