Yesterday, I only sent 2 messages to Malaria24, and you charged me for eleven, practically wasting all of my credits on one single message. You should put them back into my account.

No one answers. I temporarily suspended my own account for a day and now can't log in.

I have tried to reset the password but received no email.

I tried to email them and received no response. Very poor service.

Ive tried and tried but cant seem to cancel. I dont use or live in Texas anymore.

I want this taken care of and cancelled. I was charged again for a subscription I do not use. Please give me a call back to verify that this has been cancelled. I want this taken care of right away.

I signed up for credits with a monthly membership. I am now out of credits, so obviously I can't do things that require credits, but I should still be able to send free messages and access my current messages.

However, it is telling me to buy more credits.

Why should I pay a monthly fee if it reverts me to guest membership just for running out of credits? It is unfair, you basically took money from me now since you have some excuse for why I can't see previous messages or use the part of the service that is still free to me.

I started an account. I gave you my email, phone, drivers license and photo verification and have waited 2 days still cant log in.

This is my last attempt to contact you before contacting the Better Business Bureau and more.

Monthly unauthorized charges to my checking account. I have had to change my debit card and redo all my automatic payments with several companies.

Within the first hours of signing up on this site I met what I thought was a potential new relationship. However that took a turn for the worse as they began attempting to blackmail me for money and defaming my name to my family and community.

This has become egregious and I will be contacting my attorney.

I am demanding a full refund for the expenses I paid to be apart of this. I am shocked and appalled you are even still in business and will begin doing everything in my power to end this website and your business.

Hello. I signed up a few nights ago.

All I got were fake messages and even two cartel bosses threatening my family. I deactivated my account in less than 24 hours. Can we please consider a refund rather than a credit card dispute? I would be happy to pay $50 or less for what I experienced, but right now you have me on the hook for over $300.

Was able to get hold of someone and they resolved issue in no time. I had sent email as well as filled out form for password reset but was no help but call fixed issue in 2 min.

Actual interaction with humans would help. How about a number that when I call it somebody does answer. Or you can leave a message on the line and they'll call you back.

Better yet, I'll send you a screenshot of the actual text that I received. This has happened multiple times where you think you're writing to someone that's on your website and you're actually not.

You're either writing to a bot or a scammer. I think you guys need to do better in screening applicants, you know, for your services to be used.

It's a shame that you guys cannot protect the public from this type of scrutiny. Shame on you.
