I want to cancel my account, dont even know my password for I seem to have two which I didnt set up and I know I have credits and cant even use them and havent even tried except today to see how to close out. Because Im continually getting charged monthly on my credit card.
Want it stopped or canceled now and either refund for the unused credit or allow me to finish credits up but for sure cancel account. Thank you , would appreciate it very much for Im not happy with this site for I dont believe hardly anyone is real based on the responses I received,Im done with this

Some suggested I start with a new account and Gmail, but it links back, and I just got a notice when I clicked on it that I was suspended. I don't really know why, but now you are blocking me from getting on the site again. Please advise. I enjoy your website, and once I get back on, I know not to deactivate...

Horrible customer service
- - Tried to change the email, misspelled it, and couldn't access the account.
- - Account suspended for alleged violation; no help or reply.
I made an account. I hadn't even gotten into it.
I tried to change my email and I added it, and I spelled it wrong, so I couldn't get back into it. Then they suspended my account and said that it was against the terms of service or some *** They lied because I wasn't even in my account long enough to do anything against their terms of service. They wouldn't help me change my email; they wouldn't help me at all. They just suspended my account definitely, and so I can't make any more.
I did nothing wrong.
They wouldn't even reply to me. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.

Alot of years ago I had a profile...

- - Old profile had unused credits; login failed and a new profile was created; requests recovery of credits via email.
A lot of years ago I had a profile (passingthrough18) that had quite a bit of never-used credits. I had taken a break from using the site at the time and understood that my credits would be there when I returned.
Well, when trying to log into this account, it tells me the username or password does not match, so I established a new profile recently. The profile is (LettsChat). If there is any way I can recover any of the credits I had, it will be greatly appreciated.

I have had an Ashley Madison account...

I have had an Ashley Madison account for over 15 years. Very little success.
Frequent scammers using various names but same age, height, weight and ethnicity is "Rather Not Say" and various cities within a 50mile are of my city.
I will receive either a "Flirt" or a "Wink" from this female and her location is nearby. A week or two later this same profile will list "Dallas" "Miami" "Phoenix" "Detroit" etc.
Obviously, this becomes a pattern.
Most often the female is Asian but not always.
I have reported several as being suspicious to AM. Many over the years. Because after I initiate contact with them, they are actually located offshore.
In the past week AM has DELETED ALL my flirts and winks and shows "NO CONTACTS YET" on BOTH of my 2 accounts.
Then I get daily notifications in my email account from AM saying that I have a "Wink" or a "Flirt".
When I go to the profile, it states "Profile Not Active".
All my prior messages and activity is gone.
I have not abused any privileges nor sent abusive messages.
In total I have accumulated credits in both accounts of 231 credits (about $100).
It is obvious that AM is playing some kind of game.
People should know this company is a little "shady".
Calling their "800" number only leads to "send an email to support". In other words > You have been scammed!

There's no customer service! When I tried using a Vanilla Visa debit gift card, it declined the transaction, and when you call Ashley Madison customer service, you just get a recording that tells you to email them or check their website for FAQs, so I wouldn't recommend spending your money on a company that doesn't offer any support.

Almost all of the profiles are fake and replete with phony generated messages. Used to be a real site with likeminded people and now it is a wasteland that basically exists just to take your money.
They charge you for everything and basically give you no benefit whatsoever.
It used to be a very good site and I met plenty of good people.
Its just a money grab now and is completely worthless.
Dont waste your time or money!!!
