Ashley Madison - I’m being asked to pay for more credits even though both parties have initiated contact
No the issue was not resolved. Please read the following.
A user must buy credits to start a conversation, which costs eight credits for the first message, while follow-up messages are free.
Additionally, credits can be used for real-time chat sessions. In 2015, the site experienced a massive data breach that exposed user and credit card information, and the company later paid a settlement for its lax security and deceptive practices.
Ashley Madison credit system
Initiating contact: Men pay eight credits to send the first message to a woman.
Follow-up messages: Any messages exchanged after the initial conversation is started are free.
Based on the above information I should not have to purchase additional credits after I initiated first contact. According to the policy or statement above my follow up conversations should be free but instead Im being prompted to pay more. Why?
Also, I purchased 100 credits and I was only allowed to send 3 messages. I dont believe that should be 100 credits spent in a total of 3 messages.
