3 multiple expensive charges all in a row within 1 hour with no explanation. Not to mention all the fake bot accounts. I have recieved no calls or emails yet.

I signed up for 1 package. My card was locked for hacking security reasons.

So after figuring out why it was declined I unlocked my card and redid the purchase and it went thru. Unfortunately the other charges that were originally declined were reprocessed even after it was already declined and after I made the purchase after unlocking my card.

Still waiting on a response from my email. I called and an answering machine picked up.

No available reps to help and the line disconnects. Called back 10-15 minutes later and the same thing.

Unauthorized charges

Subject: Urgent Assistance - Unauthorized Charges and Account Misuse
Dear [Customer Support],
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you with great concern regarding multiple unauthorized charges made on your website.

On September 26, 2023, my bank statement shows three transactions on my account, namely ($84.99), ($94.99), and ($64.99). I would like to emphasize that I did not make these purchases, nor have I ever utilized your websiteTo make matters worse, appears that my email address been used repeatedly on your without my knowledge or consent. This unauthorized account activity has resulted me having to cancel multiple credit cards, as I have been a victim of fraudulent purchases. Understandably, this has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain.
In light of these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the charges incurred in the month of September.

I genuinely hope for your prompt cooperation and assistance in resolving this distressing situation. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
Please let me know what steps I need to take and the information you require to proceed with the refund process.

I am eager to resolve this matter and put an end to any further misuse of my personal information.

There is no customer service
They have tried to take and successfully so the money from my bank account without my permission!
Total Scam
Then ,,, there is ZERO customer support !
You are unable to contact anyone in their team .
Will file a lawsuit against them soon if not resolved
