They’ve stolen my money. Complete scam!
Purchase coins through their site 5 days ago and it has not been credited to my account. They don't respond to emails, and the call got disconnected.
Preferred solution: My coins credited to my account!

Getting blackmailed by one of your members
- Dating-site extortion demands $5,000 or posts photos/texts to social media.
- Moved from Beaumont to Waco; now Sweet Soul 8.
- Beaumont name was Hoisterra.
It is against the law to scam blackmail someone on a dating site the young lady went from Beaumont to Waco on the site she is now under profile name Sweet Soul 8 in Waco Texas Beaumont name was .Hoisterra this is extortion
She is demanding $5,000 if not she will send pictures and text messages to social media my work place my family she says she does this for the money she sent me a email saying my life will suck when this this gets out this is Extortion I thought this site was safe this is insane what happened to privacy
Bad customer service
You can not get anyone, you have to email to get someone and that takes 5 or more days. I would just like to get my issues resolved but can't

- Can't remember password or username and asks for help unsubscribing before my girlfriend chooses to leave me.

Well, since they took $99 from me $87 $77 $55. I need to give me a refund because I have not been able to not one time access their website not one time either refund me or give me access to your website one of the two.
I can’t get anybody to call me back! They could have somebody to answer the dam phone. When I called support I got a recording that somebody would get back to me in 5 days. I’m still waiting. They sim

Missed credits
I bought two sets of credits last night that were not credited to my account. Each one was for 500 credits, and I never received them.
Gift cards not working
- Target prepaid gift cards show a server error when buying credits for 72 hours.
- Dick's gift cards failed to work on the site; Target cards worked in two uses.
For 72 hours, I have not been able to use a prepaid target gift card I purchased at target to buy credits. I keep getting a server error.
I also tried a Dick's gift card and that didn't work also.
I used target cards 2 other times ans no problems. I also seemed to be limited in what I can do on the site.

I Can't Edit My Profile
I am trying to update my profile. When I hit the Edit button, the profile shows up in a box, but I can't delete or change anything.
Is something keeping me from being able to update my profile?

AMM responded pretty quickly and told me how to resolve the problem on my end. I was very happy with their attention.

Loss of credits!
It seems my credits disappeared within a couple of hours; that was approximately $80 worth. Also, the one account I was communicating with was gone by the morning!
This suggests that it was some sort of catfish-type scenario. I guess it is not unusual in this ecosystem! However, the credits were way too short-lived.
I feel as though I was shortchanged somehow, but I have no way of accounting for that. In addition, it seems communicating with this company is difficult!

- I could not follow up on the activity as a credit lasted no time

No communication option for paying customers.
Their system is structured so no substantive communications with the company are possible. Company should be shut down.
